Well, this won't give you peace, but can calm you down a little bit, a good tide hug (works for me) from a family member or a good friend. Feed someone who is hungry or do something nice for someone who needs it.
Then try to practice meditation constantly when you feel better, that way on your next "blue" moment, it'll be easier to meditate, breath, and calm down by yourself.
You may not know, but everytime you show us your paintings, your are filling up our hearts, our minds, with strenght to keep going, to follow our dreams.
I think is good you feel that way, because then you are going to try to find peace, and if you look for it, you'll find it. Just don't look for it outside, you have so much silence and peace inside, you just need to quiet outside to be able to feel inside, your peace, your silence.
Now, close your eyes, breath solwly, easy, think of nice times in your life, see them as pictures, try to feel what you were feeling that day, you might catch yourself smiling. u'll find it I hope you fell better soon.
